For one serving, heat 150ml (about ⅔ cup) of milk or water in a saucepan. When hot (but not boiling) remove from heat and stir in 6 tablespoons of hot chocolate mix until fully dissolved. For a richer, creamier texture, return to low heat and stir gently for a few more minutes. Top with a generous dollop of whipped cream for the authentic Angelina experience.
