Ordering and Shipping Information
GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
Shipping days are Monday through Friday during office hours. Delivery days are from Monday through Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. If your order is placed after 3:00 p.m. EST, then it will not be processed until the following business day. If you do not choose a delivery date, our system will automatically select the next available date. Angelina cannot guarantee the correct delivery date if your preferred date is not selected in the “Choose Your Delivery Day” section.
This online boutique delivers within the continental United States only. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not ship to Puerto Rico, Alaska or Hawaii at this time. We ship using Federal Express. Once the package has left our facility, Angelina cannot assume responsibility for any issues due solely to delivery time. In order to facilitate delivery, please provide any apartment, suite, or hall number in your selected delivery address. You may add any other important information, such as “drop off to a doorman,” in the “Additional Information” section.
Shipping costs are calculated after the delivery dress has been provided. UPS Next Day Air orders are delivered to most locations before noon the next day. UPS Next Day Air Saver orders are delivered to most locations before 7:00 p.m. 2nd Day Air shipping orders are delivered to most locations in two days by 7:00 p.m. Shipping prices are based on weight and destination. Second Day Shipping may not be available for all locations. Kindly note that the shipping methods available depend on seasonal temperature changes. Shipping methods do not take unexpected weather delays into consideration, which may affect timelines, ship dates and delivery dates. All Non-Perishable items can be shipped Ground; shipping prices are based on weight and destination.
PICK UP POLICY
You can choose to pick up your order in one of our stores.
For pastries, Viennoiseries, cakes and special orders, allow two (2) working days for preparation.
HOLIDAY DELIVERIES
Deliveries during any holiday are based on Federal Express business hours. If you have any questions about holiday deliveries, please contact client services at

CUSTOMIZED ORDERS
The only boxes available for customization are the “Gift Boxes.” The customized box will be charged by weight. Please allow two to three (2-3) days for Angelina Paris to complete your order. To place your order, you may call client services at 585-438-5347 or email us at info@angelinaparisusa.com.
ORDERS AS GIFTS
We want to create a special tasting experience for each Angelina gift sent. To preserve the gift component, we do not include receipts in our packages. Clients receive their receipts by email. You may opt to include a complimentary customized message card with your order.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking notification email from Federal Express. You may track your order at any time on the UPS Website.
